Factors such as heart rate and caloric expenditure are analyzed alongside BMI and resting heart rate (RHR) to determine VO2 max, which is a critical indicator of endurance.  <li>Heart Score: An all-encompassing evaluation of heart health derived from continuous heart rate monitoring. A lower RHR indicates a more efficient cardiovascular system, as the heart requires less effort to pump blood.  <li>Sleep Score: This score reflects the quality and consistency of sleep patterns.
