This service utilizes bio-signals collected from a smartwatch over the past month to generate comprehensive health scores across four key areas: activity, fitness, heart health, and sleep quality. These scores can serve as benchmarks for individuals to gauge their overall health performance.

Health Scores:

 <li>Activity Score: This metric quantifies physical activity levels by calculating intensity minutes based on heart rate data. Engagement in physical activities is categorized into light, moderate, or vigorous intensity, with higher energy expenditures leading to more significant gains in score. Notably, surpassing 150 intensity minutes weekly yields a commendable score, while exceeding 300 intensity minutes results in even greater recognition.</li>
 <li>Fitness Score: Assessing cardiorespiratory fitness, this score relies on automatic monitoring during moderate to vigorous exercise sessions. Factors such as heart rate and caloric expenditure are analyzed alongside BMI and resting heart rate (RHR) to determine VO2 max, which is a critical indicator of endurance. Regular engagement in physical activity has the potential to elevate this score effectively.</li>
 <li>Heart Score: An all-encompassing evaluation of heart health derived from continuous heart rate monitoring. A lower RHR indicates a more efficient cardiovascular system, as the heart requires less effort to pump blood. Adopting beneficial routines—such as consistent exercise, stress management, a nutritious diet, and sufficient rest—can lead to improved scores.</li>
 <li>Sleep Score: This score reflects the quality and consistency of sleep patterns. Optimal scores are associated with achieving restful sleep of approximately 7 to 9 hours nightly and maintaining regular sleep schedules. Key factors include appropriate proportions of light, deep, and REM sleep stages; disruptions in these areas can detrimentally impact overall sleep scores.</li>
